Siberian plant to manufacture accumulators for electric cars

Beginning with 2011, a plant being built near Novosibirsk in Western Siberia  will be annually turning out cutting-edge accumulator batteries for 60 thousand commercial vehicles and cars. The technology is from a company in China. It involves the use of nano-structured electrodes.
