Electromobiles about to roll out in Russia

Russia intends to start producing electromobiles, with the first three samples developed by the group ONEKSIM by December, the company’s head Mikhail Prokhorov said.
He added that the upcoming Internet voting will help reveal people’s preferences.
Earlier, Prokhorov announced his intention to build a low-cost hybrid car by mid 2012, combining an electric and gasoline engine.
