Russia expands business presence in S Korea

The Russian Transcontainer container shipping company has established a subsidiary in South Korea. The name in Transcontainer Asia Pacific, and the head office is in Seoul.
According to the management, using South Korean ports for shipping Russian container cargoes to Europe saves millions of dollars in costs and up to 25 days in time.
South Korea is an important economic partner of Russia. Companies from that country have already invested billions of dollars in joint projects on Russian territory.
