CIS plans reserve fund for emergency help to member-countries

The CIS is considering a reserve fund to provide emergency help to member-countries hit by natural and man-made disasters.
A draft agreement to this effect will be examined by Commonwealth experts in Minsk next week.
The fund will consist of financial and material contributions by the CIS states, as well as donations from other countries, international organizations and individuals.
