China offered mammoth joint projects with Russia

At the 6th Baikal Economic Forum in Irkutsk Monday, Russia offered China 260 billion roubles worth of joint projects in energy, transport and timber. The projects number 12. All comply with plans from the latest bilateral summit to jointly develop northeastern China, Siberia and the Russian Far East.
